Back in the office today after a 5 day weekend. Had plenty of exercise and bikini time. Had 3 terrific morning peloton sessions 1 hour each. Dripped with sweat each time. Other 2 days were working weight lifting, churches, etc. Also had one 3 mile jog too. I must have sweated out 5 pounds this month alone. After exercise 3 days of afternoon-early evening beach time and 2 days of girlfriends pool. Today its a short purple dress with red high heel sandals. As for July 4th we are going to Valley Stream Long Island to my dad’s birthday party and will be seeing fireworks on the East River NYC waterfront from Queens NY. Lovely July 4th outfits. All are great picks, Cardigan might be needed at night especially in Long Island pending wind shift. My picks is the blue mini dress and the red skort.
