HAPPY FRIDAY!! So excited it’s the weekend, because one of my best friends in Winston is getting married this weekend! 🙂 I wore this outfit yesterday for a lunch date… I love how chic this outfit is… and how cheap! This grey sweater dress is only $35, and the aztec cape is around $50. My boots are Stuart Weitzman, but I found a few really good dupes that are much less expensive! I don’t know if I would normally mix grey and camel together, but in this case I really think it works. It might be one of my favorite outfits this fall!
Has anyone else been really affected by the time change? I am getting sooo tired around 4pm, I swear it feels like 10pm! I’ve been getting in the bed so early at night haha. I honestly think I have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) during the winter months because the lack of sunlight really affects my mood. I’d love your thoughts!

Love this outfit!! I’ve been getting tired so early and waking up earlier. It has also messed with my eating schedule haha I get hungry so much earlier for every meal now

Such a cute look! I have SAD and some years I can manage it on my own, some years I require help. I find the things that help me the most are exercise which I know you already do regularly and then I try and go for afternoon walks, even 10 minutes to soak up some extra sun. Really interested in trying a light though…

Try taking a Vitamin D supplement daily in the fall/ winter months! I started last year and although my SAD didn’t completely go away, it helped! Having less sunlight exposure in the winter brings down your natural Vitamin D levels, so that’s why the vitamin helps. I found the winter to feel way less long & rough since I’ve started taking them! Good luck! 🙂

Very cute outfit–ASOS has a great dupe for the boots!! I’m a therapist by day (internet shopper by night!) and getting more sun in your day during the light hours helps! Take your coffee or lunch outside even if it’s only for a few minutes. Your face and forearms will absorb and use sunlight the best.

YES, I can NOT adjust to this time change Lol. I swear I’m in bed by 7 because I think it’s 11. The day feels so short now. It’s dark when I get to work and dark when I leave work. Love this outfit- ordered this dress for Thanksgiving. Such a steal!

Wow reading this post really made me sentimental about fall! It came and went so quickly! I also struggle with SAD, but have learned one tactic is to try a little harder in the winter months to plan out adventures and date nights so that my fiancé and I don’t fall into a winter slump!
