On our second day in California, we drove into Tahoe City to see the actual Lake Tahoe (although I love our resort, it isn’t on the lake! But it is about five minutes away). There’s something so majestic about seeing the blue water next to snow-covered mountains… it is jaw dropping beautiful. I wore this outfit to explore… I love all of the different blue tones going on! My sweater is less than $60 and comes in six different colors… and these UGG boots are actually weatherproof! So they withstood all of the snow and ice & kept my feet toasty at the same time. 🙂
If you read my post yesterday… we decided to go snow tubing yesterday afternoon, and booked snowmobiling for today. My mom actually injured her ankle while we were tubing though – there were big walls of snow/ice on the side of the tubing lane, and she swung into one and slammed her ankle into the ice. Hopefully she feels better this morning!
