Hi friends, I’m Carla (CarCar), Caitlin’s mom and I am back again to share my picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I was really looking for some basic staple pieces to wear now and in the fall/winter months. My focus was finding a couple of great fitting and flattering jeans, booties, a dress or two and comfortable and cute pajamas. I didn’t buy as much as previous years because I simply don’t need it! Caslon Pointelle Detail Shaker Stitch Sweater

• Sizing: TTS, I’m wearing size XS.
• Quality: Caitlin tried this sweater on first and it looked so good on her but she was so sweet to let me get it instead (thanks Caitlin). This color is perfect for fall. I also love that it has a color-flecked yarn stitched throughout the sweater. It’s super soft and comfortable!

• Quality: I love this brand and bought my first pair of their jeans last year at the Nordstrom sale. These jeans are so elongating and flattering! The frayed hem make these jeans even more trendy!

• Quality: Wrap dresses are my favorite and this one especially. I love the flattering fit and this color is perfect for fall. The material is wrinkle-resistant and would look great styled for work, brunch or even a wedding!

• Quality: I love this dress so much I had to buy it in two colors! This is the perfect little black dress. You could easily wear it to the office or to dinner. I love the tie waist and the dolman sleeves.
