I don’t know about y’all but I hateeee wearing jeans in the summer. If it’s over 80 degrees, count me out! There is nothing worse than sweating in jeans in the summer heat, lol. However, I don’t want to give up denim completely – which is why I’m so thankful for the invention of the denim minidress. I am seeing them EVERYWHERE these days (seriously, type “denim dress” in the search bar on Nordstrom’s site and you will see what I mean!) and there are lots of cute styles and cuts. This Topshop denim dress is the most affordable one I could find, and it also happens to be one of the cutest! The collar and buttons keep it preppy and cute. I dressed it up with some classic accessories and a pair of neutral heels, but it would look super cute with a backpack and tennis shoes, too!

I definitely understand why wearing jeans in the summer can be a deal breaker, especially with the rising heat this summer!
