Happy Friday, everyone! I thought another round of Friday Favorites was in order because I haven’t done one of these in a while! I’m heading out on a trip tomorrow so I snapped a couple of pictures while I was packing – these packing bags by Bag-All are all 20% off today with code EVENT17. I love these because they’re lightweight (and cute), and each one is labeled so you know exactly what’s inside. My favorite is the “wet beach stuff” bag because of the cute little pom-poms! This is my first time traveling with them, but I think it will make it a lot easier to stay organized while I’m traveling.
Another packing tip – I am always looking for ways to fit more clothes into my suitcase (overpacker problems haha) so I ordered this packing compression bag. Supposedly, this little bag helps you to fit two weeks of clothes into a carry-on suitcase. I was a little dubious, but I tested it out on snapchat yesterday and it really works! The website says,” It compresses flat-packed clothing by up to 1/3 volume, allowing you to fit more items in less space, and helps keep everything organized at the same time.” It does help you stay organized, because there are separate compartments for clean and dirty clothing. Here’s what I was able to fit inside: 6 dress, 6 tops, 1 pair of shorts and 1 bikini. (And there was still room for more!)
Next up – a really good book! I picked up this book a few weeks ago at the bookstore and read it in ONE DAY. It was amazing!! Like my typical reads, it’s a psychological thriller and will keep you on your toes. I’ve noticed that in some thrillers, the protagonists are often not very trustworthy or likable, but I loveeeeed the protagonist in this book. She’s very relatable and I was rooting for her the whole time! If you’ve liked my book reviews in the past, then you will love this book. My mom read it and loved it too 🙂
These are two books I picked up to read while I’m on my trip this week. I love the Target book section because the popular books are almost always on sale! “All by Myself, Alone” looked pretty similar to “The Woman in Cabin 10” because it’s a psychological thriller set on a cruise ship, and “Flight Patterns” seems like it will be the perfect beach read! I’ll let you guys know how I like them once I’m done!
Finally, I wanted to share this little one-shoulder top that I’m bringing with me on the trip because it’s apart of the Shopbop Sale that ends TODAY!! I’m sharing it on my blog next week, but it won’t be on sale then so I wanted to go ahead and give y’all a heads up. I’m obsessed with it! 🙂

I have been looking all over for cute little bags like that for clothes/shoes! The compression bag sounds awesome and can come in real handy. I'm an over-packer as well! That book sounds great!
