Fruit Flag Pizza

July 4th is the perfect holiday – family, friends, warm weather and good food are a few of the reasons why. I love good food, but there’s no reason why good food can’t be healthy as well! This Fruit Flag Pizza is super healthy, incredibly easy (you only need to pick up two ingredients besides the fruit) and sooo yummy.
The secret ingredient? The “icing” you see in the picture is actually Greek yogurt! Don’t be scared, though – this {coconut greek yogurt} actually tastes just like icing when combined with fruit and a flaky crust.
Ingredients:
– 1 can Pillsbury Crescent seamless dough
– 1 four pack of Yoplait Greek yogurt, coconut flavor
– Strawberries, blueberries and banana
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Lay out the Pillsbury dough on a greased baking sheet. Shape into a rectangle and press down on the corners, then bake 15 to 20 minutes until it’s golden brown.
3. Let the crust cool for a few minutes until it’s room temperature.
4. Spread the Greek yogurt over the crust, right to the edges.
5. Using the blueberries, make a border around the crust, then fill in the top left quadrant to make the “stars” of the flag.
5. Make layers of thinly sliced strawberries and bananas for the stripes.
Easy peasy and SO freakin’ good!
Does anyone have big plans for the 4th?
Love, Cait

  8. I've been wanting to try a fruit pizza.. the one I have been looking at uses strawberry whipped cream cheese instead of yogurt and sugar cookie for the crust. I'd like to try both ways! This one is much healthier I'm sure. Happy 4th!
