Each week from now until Christmas, I’ll be doing a series of Gift Guides each week on my blog. I might be the MOST excited about today’s post – a Gift Guide for the beauty queen in your life! I first talked about the epilator in this blog post, but if you missed it, let me catch you up on the details: an epilator is a device that uses rotating sets of tweezers to remove unwanted hairs from the root. They’re just starting to catch on in the U.S. and I couldn’t be happier! The Braun Silk-épil 9 features their new SensoSmart technology which helps you to epilate with optimal pressure – gently providing guidance via its light-signal so that you don’t push too hard. I’ve been using mine for several months now on my legs and I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever go back to shaving. It’s sooo nice to not have to shave every other day – I epilate for a few minutes and I’m good for WEEKS, and my legs stay smooth in between sessions. (I epilate in the bathtub or shower since the device is 100% waterproof, and it also makes the experience more comfortable – a major plus!) What I really love about the Braun Silk-épil 9 is the design: it’s a gorgeous metallic light pink with shimmery white base. T3 Interchangeable Curling Wand
Alright, alright, I know you’re probably sick to death of hearing me talk about this curling wand! But I really swear by it, and I’ve been using it for three or four years now (I’ve lost track). It does an amazing job of curling my hair so that my curls stay all week – I rarely have to re-curl my hair during the week. And less heat equals healthier hair! I typically use the 1″ barrel, but the wand comes with three different barrels to achieve a bunch of different looks.
T3 Cura Hair Dryer
This hair dryer is the FASTEST dryer I’ve ever used – my hair is dry in less than 15 minutes (other dryers it can take up to 30!). The dryer also has a built-in ion generator and puts out negative ions to help smooth the hair cuticle. I love it (and it’s easy to travel with, too). I never usually think to buy myself a hair dryer, so it’s a great item to put on your Christmas Wish List!
NeuLASH and NeuBROW
Christmas is the PERFECT time to ask for lash and brow enhancing serums because they can be quite expensive! I personally use both NeuLASH and NeuBROW and think that they really work – my mom even asked if I was wearing false lashes the other day! (By the way, I wasn’t haha!). At Home Facial Set
I had to throw in this facial mask set because it looks sooo good! The epilator sounds amazing! I hate having to shave every day. My hair is very dark so even the tiniest bit will show. Does it hurt very bad to epilator? Or does it cause the hair to come back coarser? Or is it like shaving in the regard.

I used to have an epilator but I switched to an at home laser kit a couple years ago. It’s been great! Very affordable compared to going to a salon and it gets rid of most hairs permanently!

I tried an epilator once and it hurt badly – any tips? I think the body gets used to it if you do it for a while but I am afraid to try it again – my pain level is quite low though, too.

This a great gift guide. I purchased the T3 micro curling wand set last year from your recommendation and love it – they also have such a great warranty program if anything goes wrong so that’s amazing!

So I bought the T3 blow dryer and agree that is the fastest, healthiest blow dryer for blowing out hair (I have thick, curly hair and it only takes me 15-20 mins now to blow out). Next I really want to try the epilator! Looking forward to more gift guides this season : )

Just bought this sweater and the epilator! Love both. The epilator was a little uncomfortable to me, but not as bad as I thought. I read that a lot of people say they get use to it after a couple uses.

I think the thing that sold me on it is when you said your curls last for a while. That’s a selling point for me, cuz who wants to wash and fix their hair every day? Not me!!

I love that you recommended a lash serum! I have been wanting to try one since giving up on lash extensions (I think I just have too many naturally, they can’t support the weight). Mine always fall out! I have a decent amount, but want longer lashes. I will definitely try one out!
