How to Style a Maxi Skirt for Fall

Maxi skirts were all the trend during spring and summer, but guess what! They’re still wearable into fall (and winter, too!). I think one of the cutest ways to wear a maxi skirt for fall is to pair it with a chunky turtleneck sweater! Finding the perfect one is a little difficult, because it needs to have a little texture and also the perfect cropped length. If this one is too much of an investment, Amazon also has some great affordable ones. I love maxi skirts paired with ballet flats (this is the pair I’m wearing!), but they also pair perfectly with boots.

We had the absolute best time in Vermont this year – I’m already looking forward to next year’s trip! If you’re looking for more fall outfit inspiration, you can find all of my Vermont outfits here.

Happy Halloween to you and your family. Maxi Skirts are not normallI go for but this one is cute. Its not so long that it drags on the ground. Plus as long as the shoes are shown then OK. Boyfriend and I are back from the US Virgin Islands. It was nice to have tropical weather in October. Some of the days was over 90F and the low temp at night was 80 to 82F. It was bikinis and cover ups by day and short dresses/skirts/crop tops by night. We even went to the pool at night a few times because it felt so good. Saw family and did a lot of walking too. Got warm again. Today’s outfit a little leopard dress with flip flops to show off my tan. Tonight Halloween party outfit is a little sexy cop skirt and top. For him its the orange jail bird jumpsuit with handcuffs, shackles and the waist belt for the handcuffs and only a thong underneath his jumpsuit. This will keep boyfriend very interested.
