Happy Monday, you guys!! This is the perfect casual outfit to combat the dead heat of summer: a straw hat, jean shorts, and a smocked tank that’s only $25 so you don’t feel too bad when you sweat in it 🙂 lol but really. The heat index was 98 degrees here yesterday, and we just about melted taking these photos haha! We had to take Winnie in after just five minutes because she was panting and we felt so bad for her! But on another note, I DO really love this outfit – I wore it yesterday to run errands in and then to an Olive Garden date night with my husband.
Oh and as for the title of this post.. today is my 29th birthday! I’m working on a “20 things I learned in my Twenties” blog post but it is taking FOREVER (I’m putting a lot of my heart into it). Hopefully I can get it up today, though.. I’ll probably insert it right below!
Also just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who continues to read my blog every day! Blogs have become less “trendy” over the years, but I still love blogging and I’d rather blog all day every day than put up an Instagram post, haha. Thank you so much to those of you who have stuck around for the long haul! xoxoxo
