Good mooooorning, you guys! This black ruched dress is going to be the new “it” dress of fall – I just know it. It reminds me a lot of this popular one from a couple of years ago, but the new version has been updated to include cap sleeves, a tiny slit at the bottom, and it’s made of a softer material. I love it with a cardigan, without, with OTK boots, with booties, or with just plain sandals. Any way you wear it, it’s the perfect dress to take you from late summer to early autumn. P.S. It doesn’t look like it, but that actually is a reusable Starbucks cup in my hand 😀

Just also wanted to say that it truly warms my heart how much you guys are loving the Motivation Monday posts. I still love blogging about fashion, but after eight years of it, it can feel a little stale. And overdone. I’m not a one-dimensional human being… I have a wide variety of passions and it feels so nice to share that side of me with you guys. I really try my hardest to be an informed and responsible citizen, and for years I’ve spent so much time researching and learning about heath, nutrition, our impact on the environment, etc. I just feel like you guys are getting a glimpse of who I really am… not just a superficial girl who likes cute outfits (idk if you ever though that haha but if you did… that’s not really me).
