With Champagne, elderflower liqueur and just a touch of sparkling water, this drink is not only classy, but it’s downright delicious. It’s much smoother and lighter than just a straight glass of champagne, but it’s still sparkling and fizzy, just like you want a New Year’s Eve cocktail to be!

When you’re gathering ingredients for this simple cocktail, I’d like to point out that St. Germain is my favorite elderflower liqueur, but any will do!

French Spritz

Ingredients:

• 3 ounces Champagne
• 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
• 2 ounces sparkling water

Instructions: Add all of the ingredients into a champagne flute or glass filled with ice.
