Scalloped Hem Tank (Only $39!)

This MIGHT be one of my favorite outfits… ever! This scalloped hem tank comes in three different colors & is only $39… it’s also made out of polyester and literally NEVER wrinkles. That’s a win in my book! The white color would be cute with colored pants… and the coral is just gorgeous! It runs true to size so go with your normal size. I also can’t remember if I said this in a previous blog post, but these wedges were so popular last year that they came back in stock again this year… they are my very favorite pair of wedges and insanely comfortable.

I don’t know what’s up with me lately but I’m having such trouble sleeping! I try to get in bed early and read or do something to calm my mind, but I end up tossing and turning until 1 or 2 a.m. When I do finally get to sleep, I have crazy dreams and then I wake up exhausted in the morning. I think it’s because I have so much going on in my life and I have a zillion thoughts running through my head all the time. I am so tired all during the day, though – do y’all have any tricks for falling asleep at night?!

  17. Stress and ideas can definitely make it hard to sleep, I totally feel you on that! If you aren't already, try working out. I honestly rarely work out hahahaa but I find that when I can't fall asleep a lot of times it's because my body has so much energy still left from sitting at a desk all day. Going for a run to get some of that energy out usually helps!

  18. A coworker of mine told me to try putting lavender oil under my big toe. Haha! Sounds strange but she says it really works! Great outfit, too. Hope you get your sleep figured out!

  19. Sorry you're struggling to sleep. I'd recommend writing lists of everything you need to do, take an early evening yoga class and switch off all electronics an hour before bed. That's usually what helps me when my mind is being over-active. Hope that helps!

  20. Love that color on you and those scallops are just too cute! I have a hard time sleeping too and everyone has said read and take 3 long deep breaths (haha) to slow your heart rate down. They both help but lately I have been turning my phone on airplane mode from 8pm-8am and that has helped a lot!

  26. I feel like I've been through stages where I don't get to sleep well for a while like that! I would just recommend working out a little harder than normal (i.e. going for a long run) and your body will need to compensate. Also, I rub lavender doterra essential oil on my pillow!

  30. I am getting my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I always recommend to my patients who have sleeping problems to download an app called Breath2Relax. If you used it before you lay down at night it really calms the mind! Also, if you google sleeping hygiene, there are a ton of helpful tips out there!

  31. I LOVE this outfit!! When my sister had trouble sleeping my doctor recommended taking Melatonin which is a natural sleep supplement and it worked really well for her! Hope that helps!

  32. Hey Caitlin! Fellow Charlotte girl (and former neighbor). I often have trouble sleeping brought on by stress and anxiety. I take a natural supplement from Whole Foods called Restful sleep. I also use a essential oil blend made for sleep. I'm sure WF sells one or you can certainly find them on the internet! When in doubt, I just watch Netflix until I fall asleep. ๐Ÿ™‚ hope this helps!

  37. Its such a cute tank! I like to watch a tv show that I've seen a million times (like Friends) to help me relax before bed. Since I've seen it so much I know what happens so it helps me drift off to bed! Lol!

  38. Don't drink any caffeine past two pm. It totally sucks but it helps. My husband drinks cherry juice at night which allegedly helps him sleep better. Good luck ๐Ÿ™‚

  39. Working out helps me sleep at night, and also melatonin supplements (you can ge thtem in 3 mg, 5 mg, or 10mg sizes). Melatonin is what your body naturally produces when you get sleepy, so if you're having trouble sleeping something may have thrown that hormone production off.

  42. Some essential oils will do the trick, they really help my little boys and if something can get a 3 year old to sleep better it must work, lol! I use a blend of cedar wood, ylang ylang and lavender on the feet before bed. Sweet dreams:)

    I recommend drinking chamomile tea about 2.5 hours before bed ( so, you're not running to the toilet throughout the night hehe)and then having a bath in Epsom sea salts about 1.5 hours before going to bed. I have found the bath helps my body relax.
