Looking back at last Christmas, I actually really loved that it was so quiet. Chris and I really avoided all of the hustle and bustle – we didn’t go to any holiday parties (I was nearly nine months pregnant and we were in the middle of a pandemic!), and we laid low and focused on spending quality time together (mostly spent in loungewear!). I loved last Christmas, but I do have to say… I am quite looking forward to having a few holiday parties this year! I cannot WAIT to put on some sparkles and enjoy a glass of champagne with my friends! Maybe even some dancing?! So when I found this BB Dakota sequin minidress online at Nordstrom, I knew it had to make its way into my cart. It’s made of a nice, comfortable material on the inside (sometimes sequin dresses are uncomfortable!), and the velvet bow provides some texture and contrast. But the real star of the show? These Mach & Mach pointed toe pumps. Mach & Mach has taken over my Instagram – I kept seeing them everywhere! And when I finally saw them in person, I knew they were worth the splurge. They’re absolutely FABULOUS! If they’re a bit outside your budget, I really love the look of this pair for a lot less! I think they would look nearly identical on.
