Is anyone else ITCHING for spring?! Yesterday was 65 degrees and sunny and it was such a nice break from the freezing, harsh wintery weather we’ve been having lately. On the way to take these photos, I rolled down the car windows and blasted country music – it felt SO nice! It made me so excited for spring to make an appearance. Hopefully soon 🙂
I have seen this trend everywhere of slip dresses and cardigans, so I had to try it out! All of these pieces are from Walmart, which is perfect if you want to try out a new “trend” but don’t want to break the bank. My slip dress is only $28, my boyfriend cardigan is less than $16, and the biggest steal of all are these classic white sneakers at only $14!! Since I’m on the shorter side (I’m 5’3 and a half), I belted the dress to create a waistline and make it a teeny bit shorter.

I am beyond ready for Spring! I really just want beautiful, warmer weather! It’s going to make going to the gym in the mornings easier and I just know that my motivation all around will be far better. I am very much over the cold!

The trend I’m looking forward to? Vaccinated arms and bare faces! That might be a bit beyond spring for me, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am just excited for warmer weather, more time outside to exercise, socialize, garden and read in the sunshine. I’m sure you are excited to play outside with sweet baby!
