Sole Society Lyriq booties c/o // Celine mini // similar leopard belt
A military vest is one fall staple you can’t live without… it’s the kind of look I refer to as “boyfriend chic” because they’re not exactly girly, but you can still make them look pretty chic! I love the vests paired with stripes (especially striped dresses) but for this look I wanted to show how to wear it with some closet basics. (P.S. The vest I’m wearing is 40% off right now – I’m wearing the XS!) I really do love neutrals, so I went with neutral booties, a white tunic and my favorite pair of distressed denim. The great news is that this outfit is pretty affordable – the top, vest and jeans are each less than $60.
For the past few days I’ve been feeling like I’m coming down with something – I’m hoping to sleep in a little this morning & get some rest today. I’m also hooked on a series of books by Kay Hooper – I literally can’t stop reading them – so I’ll probably do a lot of reading today as well! (If anyone is a fan of thrillers/murder mysteries I highly suggest the Bishop Crime Series by her!)

Love that vest! I was thinking of getting it in the XXS size but it was sold out in that size. If you're wearing an XS then maybe it'll fit me too!

I love the vest but lately I've been looking for military jackets (I am SERIOUSLY lacking a nice light fall jacket). Any suggestions? Military or not? Looking for something very versatile. Thanks!!

Is your other bracelet ( Not the David Yurman) on a Stella and Dot bracelet?
Thank You!
Katie
It's actually a knock-off haha! I got it around two years ago and found it in my drawer so I started wearing it again – it looks JUST like the Stella & Dot one though!
I love the vest! It's such a fun take on a basic trench. xx
