LA is a magical place. It’s where people go to make their dreams come true… to live life to the fullest. It’s my first time out here and I can definitely say it has been an awesome experience so far! I’ve been trying to visit most of the touristy spots, because isn’t that what everyone does on their first trip to LA? These photos were taken right outside the Grove… if you’ve heard of it, it’s a huge outside shopping mall in West Hollywood. It’s absolutely gorgeous and they have some of the BEST stores, all in one place. I wore this dress to shop around all day because I love the light material, and how loose and flowy it is. It’s also perfect for transitioning into fall with a pair of booties!
If you’ve been to LA before (or live here!) I’d love your recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Today we’re planning on going to Rodeo Drive to do some window shopping. I hope everyone had an awesome weekend!!

I hope y'all have so much fun in LA! I went for the first time in January and loved it. The shopping is amazing- you will love Rodeo!! I loved Gracias Madres and Urth Cafe (part of an episode of The Hills was shot here). I also loved getting my macaron fix at the Farmers' Market near The Grove after shopping. I can't wait to see pics!!

You definitely need to eat some amazing fish tacos (use Foursquare), go to the Santa Monica pier/beach & see the sunset, as well as shop at the Third St. Promenade. There's also an amazing restaurant there called The Misfit with great cocktails and food! Have a blast 🙂

The best part about LA is that it's so diverse! I highly recommend trying to get a ride for authentic food like Korean BBQ in Korea town or even Vietnamese food in OC, if you're feeling adventurous. Also, LA has some great coffee/dessert places like Urth Cafe and Bottega Louie.
You look GORGEOUS! I love this dress on you, and agree that it will be so cute going into fall.
If you have a car to get there, I highly recommend visiting Venice Beach (especially the canals) or Malibu! They're the most amazing beach towns.
