In other news, we had a bit of a scare yesterday with my cat Prince George. I noticed that he was acting abnormally yesterday – he is a very active cat always running around the house, but yesterday he hid most of the day and wouldn’t eat his treats when I put them in front of him (he LIVES for his treats). Then he started making a moaning noise and wouldn’t purr when I petted him – I immediately knew something was wrong so Chris and I took him to the animal hospital. They found an abscess in his throat and had to perform an operation to drain the abscess and clean it out, and he is back at home this morning recovering. Thankfully it went well so they didn’t have to do the major surgery and open his throat up! I was bawling my eyes out most of the night worried about him though! Actually I am still really worried about him – he is on antibiotics and pain medicine right now, but I still can’t get him to eat anything. If you think about it, please say a little prayer for my Prince!

Hey Caitlin, I am really pleased to hear that George is recovering and no mayor OP was necessary. Thank god you were back from Mexico and were able to be with him! Very well done for noticing he wasn't right, we have our 4 cats and I think it is so important to just watch them and take them to the vets at any sign of them behaving differntly. So great that you acted so quickly! It's strange because our youngest cat, Bailee, also had an operation today, so was thinking of her and George at the same time. I had this long comment typed and it didn’t work. I wanted to ask if you have layers in the back of your hair? I recently had a my hair trimmed and they ended up chopping a bunch more than I wanted then added some choppy layers so I’m now in the process of growing it out. Trying to figure if I should never again say layers in the back so I don’t end up looking like my hair went through a lawn mower lol.
