Can you believe this gingham off-the-shoulder top is only $15.90?! (For size reference, I’m wearing the small) For really trendy items, like gingham, I love shopping at Forever 21 because the items are cute but really affordable. I wanted to keep this look young and fresh, so I added tassel earrings and white pants to complete the look!
